Using Caller ID

Mistakes

I pick up the cell phone to call my Mom and dad - right.
Cell phone is ringing on other end - oops, home phone is ringing too.

I'm thinking I'll grab up the home phone and say "I'll call you back" before Mom or dad picks up on other end of the cell phone. I grab home phone and nobody will talk to me. All I here is this echo in the cell phone of me saying Hello, hello, hello. I'm thinking "what an asshole" and click off the cell phone real quick and the home phone. I'm not gonna let this jerk do me that way, I'll call them back. I look at caller ID on the home phone and see it is a cell phone #. I call back # from home phone with cell phone still in left hand. Uh-oh cell phone is ringing must be Mom trying to call me back from when I tried to call her. Home phone is still ringing to unknown cell phone # and cell phone is ringing in at same time. I answer cell phone and when I say hello no one talks back. OK what the hell is going on.....I look at caller ID on cell phone and it shows home phone #. Guess who that could be?

To make a long story short I called myself twice madder than hell because I wouldn't talk to me. How dare I play head games with me like that! I really was talking bad to me. I'll call back later and tell myself I was only joking and apologize for not knowing my own # on the caller ID.
